2 x 2018 The Beauregard Shiraz (RRP $30 per bottle)

A more savoury and dense expression of Heathcote Shiraz. This wine has a beautiful deep and inky colour with an intriguing aroma of blackberry, chocolate powder, black plum and choc-vanilla. The flavours are of brooding dark fruits with a fruit sweet palate which evolve into a savoury finish with hints of cigar box, nutmeg, cinnamon, dark chocolate and a delicate spice. The focus of this wine is on the explosive front palate flavour hit and fine tannins to finish. An elegant, softer Shiraz ready to drink now or cellar.

2 x 2020 Schoolhouse Red Shiraz/Viogner (RRP $35 per bottle)

This Shiraz is co-fermented with 3% Viognier which is a white grape. When fermented together it helps lift the nose to create more floral ‘pretty’ aromas like violets, it also has notes of Chocolate ganache. The wine has lovely deep flavours with lovely red and dark sweet fruits with a slightly powdery tannins adding a fine structure.

2 x 2018 Ladys Pass Shiraz (RRP $45 Per bottle)

The flagship of the estate, this wine is dense, dark and dark fruit flavoured. Aromatic and plums come through on the nose and the palate is rich, deep and linear. This wine has a lovely structure, tight tannins and great length.
