Fortified Shiraz

This fortified has been produced from two exeptional vintages. A portion of the 2017 vintage was held back to further mature which was fortified with a brandy spirit. The 2019 vintage was then back blended to produce this one of a kind wine.

Rich aromas of dark chocolate, mocha, and cocoa give way to rich palate shaved cooking chocolate and an earthy edge. It is a medium bodied wine with great freshness to finish. The acidity, alcohol and ripe flavours all integrate seamlessly producing a long lasting finish. This wine is drinking well now and will age gracefully into a voluptuous, full bodied ‘classic port style’ wine.
