Harvested 'late' in the season the grapes have been naturally dehydrated while on the vine to increase sugar levels and ripeness. Blended with a small amount of Marsanneand Rousanneto add complexity and chilled to produce a sweet 'sticky' style.

Rich and concentrated, this wine displays aromas of tropical fruits, apricots, banana, mandarin and citrus peel with hints of apricots and spice on the palate. Well balanced sweetness and acidity ensure the finish is fresh and not cloying. While ready to drink young, the body and acidity ensures excellent ageing potential.
