This is an intensely aromatic, vibrant and varietal style of Cabernet Sauvignon with ripe black current, dense plum, chocolate and sweet fruits on the nose. The palate is reminiscent of fruit compote, but with great acid and freshness. It is a beautifully rounded full bodied wine with spice and powdery tannin, yet still delicate and lingering with a slight savoury and earthy finish.
